My Story
From victim to victory!
I have had many challenges in my life. I suffered abuse as a child, got into destructive relationships as a result and encountered many people along my journey who seemed hell bent on making my life a misery. As a child I suffered from terrible, debilitating insecurities. I had zero confidence. Would cover myself up from head to toe. I couldn't speak to people as I was too shy and didn't think anything I had to say was worth anything. I had no feelings of self worth what so ever. Deep down I just had this feeling that things should be different that I am not this person, that I could be better that I could do better and this is what burned bright when all looked dark and kept me going.
The abuse, challenges and the struggles of my life made me the person that I am. It is what has helped me to really understand people. There is pretty much no situation in life that I haven't experienced for myself and that I had to navigate around or push through.
I am stronger because I was able to learn from those experiences and learn from my mistakes.
There have been many times in my life that have have hit a fork in the road... which direction do I go. Sometimes I took the wrong one but I picked myself up, dusted myself off and took the other road.
Throughout life, I sought out people along the way to help me, those who believed in me. This has been one of the greatest lessons in my life - who do I surround myself with?
It's been my life's journey to pass onto others all that I have learned and to help you overcome the challenges that life throws at you and to help you through just as others have done for me.
A friend once said to me. You are our cinderella story! I want to help you create yours. For guys and gals of course!!
I especially welcome those who have suffered as I and those who wish to make their life and the life of others around them better.

PS: I am British, live in Los Angeles, I have a horse called Vegas (I rescued him as an ex race horse) and have a cat named Tom. I have an amazing husband and family. I have fabulous friends that I love dearly. I have a wonderful life. Come join me!
